I normally don't try to handle real estate deals remotely, i.e., I would meet with the realtor face-to-face (usually multiple times) and work out the details. With Jenn, however, she took the reigns immediately, handled everything proactively including some tricky negotiations, and answered all of my questions quickly and efficiently during the process. We didn't have to meet until closing! Saved me from having to miss work or travel unnecessarily. She's also a bit of a negotiation pit bull (in a good way)...I was glad that she was on MY side. ;-) Suffice it to say, she is the best!

Wow! That's all I can say about Jenn. Our market is so difficult for real estate for buyers to purchase property. Jenn found us the right townhome to downsize to, and was spectacular at managing the process. Truly listened and looked out for our needs. So impressive!

Jenn was awesome at helping my wife and I find a new home when we decided to relocate from Arizona to Colorado. She set us up immediately with a portal account so we could "look" from afar, and was willing to take an entire weekend day to drive us around from showing to showing when we came up to look.
